Kramer is great! they took over most of our disposal/recycling contracts for several properties after the acquisitions of other haulers interrupted services for extended periods of times, Kramer was able to substitute them immediately and alleviate the issues. Wanna hear about customer service? I called them this morning to let them know they missed the recycling pick up earlier in the week. The owner responded immediately said he will take care of it and within 30 minutes came in in his own pick up truck and got our recycling.
